I’m Chihiro Ninagawa, founder and representative of the Japan Chictivity Association, based in Tokyo. My mission is to help people live authentically by offering a simple yet powerful method that harmonizes both the mind and body. Drawing on my experience as a yoga instructor, I established the association in 2018, building on a foundation of self-care principles. Since then, over 3,000 people have taken part in our programs and experienced remarkable results.

My method focuses on transforming the way we think, live, and use our bodies, enabling sustainable health and beauty without strict diets or excessive exercise.Across social media, I have gained the support of more than 300,000 followers, sharing my message through book publications, media appearances, and online events both in Japan and abroad. One of our most successful programs—the Lower Back Pain Therapist Certification Course—has produced many certified practitioners who now help others achieve balance between health and career.

Having once suffered from severe pain after a car accident, I deeply understand the struggle of living with discomfort. That experience drives my passion to share this message:

Naomi Yuguchi

After giving birth to twins at the age of 31, I began suffering from severe lower back pain, enduring it every day while raising children and working.
Despite using corsets and regularly visiting chiropractors and orthopedic clinics, nothing improved. By age 54, my doctor warned me, “By the time you’re 60, your bones will break and you won’t be able to walk.”

Painkillers no longer worked, and I was on the verge of giving up on life—until I discovered Chictivity.
Amazingly, within just a month and a half of starting, my pain disappeared. Six months later, my MRI showed that all abnormalities were completely gone. Even my bone density had improved to the point where my doctor said, “This is impossible.”

Before, I avoided going out because of the pain and could only wear sneakers or flat shoes.
Now, I can walk freely in heels—and even confidently walk the runway in 16cm high heels.
The body that was once predicted to “lose the ability to walk” now lets me go out with friends and visit any place I want.

By letting go of the pain, my entire life has regained its brightness and vitality.

After 16 years of chronic lower back pain following childbirth, I suffered from recurring back injuries so severe that I couldn’t even turn over in bed at night or get up on my own in the morning.

Everyday tasks—like taking my children to school or lifting them onto a bicycle—were battles against unbearable pain. Despite visiting hospitals, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and even specialized back pain clinics, I was repeatedly told, “It can’t be fixed.” Eventually, I even began to think, “Maybe I’ll need a wheelchair.”

In the depths of that despair, I discovered Chictivity.

Though skeptical at first, I began the program—and within two months, I could already feel improvement. After six months, I had released 90% of my pain, and now it’s completely gone. My mental tension has melted away, my posture has naturally realigned, and my days feel light and effortless.

The body that once made standing up a life-or-death struggle can now complete a full marathon.

My family often says, “We’re so glad you found this,” and I’ve truly regained both my smile and my freedom.

After injuring my lower back in an elementary school basketball accident, I developed chronic back pain that worsened through middle school.
For more than ten years, I would wake up every night from the pain, stretch just to fall back asleep, and repeat—never once sleeping through the night.
Despite trying every possible remedy—osteopathy, massages, chiropractic, and more—nothing worked. I eventually gave up, believing, “Back pain will never go away,” and learned to hide it while going about daily life.

Then I discovered Chictivity.
Amazingly, on just the third day of practice, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in over a decade. The pain quickly eased, and by the second week, I had mastered the basics of back care and reached a point where I no longer felt pain in daily life.
Tasks like cleaning and housework—once unbearable—became effortless, and I found myself thinking, “I can’t believe it’s this easy.”

Now, I sleep soundly every night and live freely without worrying about back pain.
